We have specially negotiated rates at the Panama Hilton and the Panama Waldorf via our relationship with the dinner theater in the Panama Hilton called Emotions Dinner Theater. Through our specially negotiated rates, you get the same room as anywhere else, GUARANTEED in your one name, and all of our bookings include FREE BREAKFAST, that others will charge you an extra $10-25 per person per day.

And in addition to all of that, each booking for a room at either the Hilton or the Waldorf gives you exclusive access to Emotions Dinner Theater via a free preferential row ticket to a show of your choosing at the time and date of your choosing. And should you wish to buy a companion ticket or upgrade your ticket to a front row or VIP option, you’d get a $40 credit towards the new purchase price.

From the 3rd person there will be a charge of $35.00 per night. Rates offered are per room, per night. Please note that confirmation of a room with two beds is upon request.
Please add the occupancy tax to your negotiated rate, currently 10%.

Guest rooms will be prepaid and booked under their own names, however guests are responsible for their own incidentals to be guaranteed by credit card upon check-in.

EARLY DEPARTURE SURCHARGE: If a guest leaves the Hotel before their reserved departure date, the Hotel will add an early departure surcharge to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee must notify the Hotel, at the time of or prior to checking in at the Hotel, of any changes to their scheduled length of stay. The current early departure fee is $75.00, subject to change.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION PLAN: Individual cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in time to avoid paying a room and tax for one night. Cancellations received after this period will incur the payment of one room and tax for one night.

HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. These hours correspond to the hours of the local hotels.

Late check-out surcharge: From 1pm to 4pm, 50% of the room rate for one night will be charged (certain exceptions may be considered); after 4pm, the full room rate and tax for one night will be charged. Guests arriving prior to the Hotel’s check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Customer Service Office will ensure that the guest luggage is checked.
